Descripción
Sumario:Cuauhtémoc Medina González (Mexico City, 1965), is one of the most recognized Mexican contemporary art critics, whose texts have allowed to understand in some way the practices and flows of art produced in Mexico in little more than twenty years, however, it was difficult to access them because they were scattered in different places and formats. This book is a compilation of some of his most significant texts about Mexican art that were produced for catalogs of exhibitions, written press, specialized magazines and papers at different times and places in the world. Thus, this volume seeks to fill a gap in the local critical discussion and at the same time tries to outline, in broad strokes, some fundamental premises of his thought.
