First observation and branching fraction and decay parameter measurements of the weak radiative decay $\Xi^0 \to \Lambda e^{+}e^{-}$

The charge conjugate reaction $\overline{\Xi^{0}} \rightarrow \overline{\Lambda} e^{+}e^{-}$ has also been observed.
