Sumario: | A very fast and precise algorithm suitable for the Monte Carlo generation of the standard synchrotron radiation spectrum is described. The algorithm is based on direct inversion of the cumulative distribution, using a small set of intervals, simple transformations and Chebyshev polynomials.
