First observation and measurement of the decay $K^{\pm} \to\pi^{\pm}e^{+}e^{-}\gamma$

This measured value and the spectrum of the $e^{+}e^{-}\gamma$ invariant mass allow a comparison with predictions of Chiral Perturbation Theory.
