Reconstruction of Sparticle Masses at the LHC

The techniques developed by the ATLAS and CMS collaborations to reconstruct the decays of the supersymmetric particles and measure their masses are presented. The potential of the LHC to reconstruct the Supersymmetry spectrum and the expected resolution on sparticle masses are discussed.
