description CP violation, required to explain the missing anti-matter in the present Universe, is described in the Standard Model by a few parameters. The weak phase $\gamma$, one of these parameters, is currently measured with large uncertainties, mainly due to the low rates of the processes involved in its observation. The LHCb experiment is dedicated to the observation of the decay of particles containing b quarks, produced in high energy collisions at the LHC accelerator. In this thesis, a realistic study is performed to estimate the precision of the measurement of γ using one year LHCb data. A detailed description of the theoretical method is given. This thesis also describes my contribution to the final development, tests and assembly of LHCb's silicon detector, dedicated to the reconstruction of primary and B-meson vertices, in particular, the readout electronics and control systems are explained in detail.
