LEP Dismantling - a first Step into New Era

<!--HTML-->The aim of the project is to remove the LEP machine and most of the services from the underground areas in order to install the LHC within the time constraints of its civil engineering and installation programmes The dismantling of LEP will be the first project to be executed under the new INB (Installation Nucléaire de Base) convention for the LHC. This talk will give an overview of the LEP Dismantling project covering traceability, planning, infrastructure and execution. It will explain what it means for our accelerators to be classified as INB's and will introduce the changes in working and safety procedures, which will be enforced from the beginning of October. <BR><BR><I>Note: The presentation will be made in French with the transparencies in English.</I>
