description The study of the Standard Model process qq(bar)->ZZ->4l is interesting on its own accord, since its cross section has not been measured yet, and as an irreducible background to the searches for the Higgs boson in the H->ZZ->4l channel. In addition, this process can be used to constrain beyond the SM physics with the measurement of Triple Gauge Coupling (TGC) contributions to its cross section. In this work, the analysis method for the selection of this channel and the measurement of its cross section on simulated data will be presented. The expected number of signal and background events (mainly from Zbb(bar) and tt(bar)) at 1 fb^-1, their characteristics, the systematic errors, and the method and sensitivity for a TGC measurement will also be discussed.
