Draft Resolution on the Conclusions of the 5-Yearly Review 2005

The CERN Management herewith submits the Draft Resolution on the Conclusions of the 5-Yearly Review 2005 (Part I of this document) for recommendation to the Council by the Finance Committee and for approval by the Council. This Draft Resolution is based on the detailed proposals elaborated in accordance with the procedures laid down in Annex A1 of the Staff Rules and Regulations as presented in Part II of this document.
