Sumario:This report summarises the results of discussions at TREF, since my last report to the Finance Committee on 15 March 2006, concerning the meetings of TREF held on 3 & 4 April, 27 & 28 April and 15 May. These meetings were essentially devoted to finalising TREF's discussions and recommendations on the Proposals by the Management on the 5-Yearly Review 2005, in time for the Management to draw up its proposals, which are now submitted to the Finance Committee and the Council in document CERN/FC/5050, CERN/2675
