Proposal for the award of a blanket contract for the supply and maintenance of vehicles

This document concerns the award of a blanket contract for the supply and maintenance of vehicles of four different categories. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a blanket contract with PEUGEOT (CH), the lowest bidder, for the supply of vehicles over a period of four years, with a guaranteed 48-month maintenance period for an amount not exceeding 10 213 784 Swiss francs, of which up to 5 953 634 Swiss francs will be repaid to CERN at the time of trade-in of the vehicles after 48 months of use.
