description This document concerns the award of a contract for maintenance and operation services of the cooling and ventilation installations on the CERN site. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract with the consortium COFATHEC (UK) â?? SOTEB NATIONAL ELEKTRO (FR), the lowest bidder, for the provision of the maintenance and operation of the cooling and ventilation installations on the CERN site for three years for a total amount of 6 127 250 euros (9 588 819 Swiss francs), not subject to revision until 30 June 2009.
