Proposed Conclusions on the 5-Yearly Review 2005

In Part I of this document, the CERN Management submits Proposed Conclusions concerning the package of measures of the 5-Yearly Review 2005 for recommendation to the Council by the Finance Committee and for approval by the Council. These conclusions are based on the detailed proposals elaborated in accordance with the procedures laid down in Annex A1 of the Staff Rules and Regulations, as presented in Part II of this document and Part II of document CERN/FC/5050, CERN/2675 (attached).
