description This document concerns the award of two blanket contracts for the supply of desktop PCs (complete PC systems but without display monitors). The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of two blanket contracts with MIB (CH), representing HP and FUJITSU-SIEMENS, having submitted the two lowest bids complying with the specifications, for the supply of desktop PCs for a period of three years.
