description This document concerns the award of two blanket contracts for the supply of display monitors (LCD). The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of two blanket contracts with MIB (CH), representing HP and NEC, having submitted the two lowest bids complying with the specifications, for the supply of display monitors for a period of three years.
