The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract, without competitive tendering, with NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS (CH) for the supply of control electronics for the LHC collimation system as well as for various test and measurement equipment and associated software for an amount not exceeding 7 000 000 Swiss francs for a period of three years, not subject to revision.
