Sumario:We present a basis of the jet reconstruction strategy in heavy ion collisions with the ATLAS detector. The expected accuracy of the measurement of fragmentation functions, jT distributions and jet shapes are shown. We also show study of di-jet and gamma jet angular correlations. Sensitivity of these measurements to the energy loss mechanism simulated by the PYQUEN generator is discussed.
