Sumario: | The dispersion measurements made during the LHC injection tests are re-analyzed taking into account known polarity errors and the resultant perturbed optics. For beam 1 and beam 2 the measured data is used to establish the dispersion entry conditions at the injection point. Comparison of the propagated entry conditions and the measured data are made. There generally good agreement between the perturbed model and the measured dispersion, however the location of additional candidate optics errors are identified. |
