Data Preparation for the High-Level Trigger Calorimeter Algorithms

This note describes the data preparation necessary to enable the ATLAS High Level Trigger Calorimeter Algorithms. An overview of the infrastructure, which provides the transition from the calorimeter electronics to data reconstruction and trigger algorithm implementation, is given. This infrastructure is detailed as a separate note since it is relevant to all trigger algorithms requiring calorimeter information (electrons, photons, taus, jets, missing ET and muons).
