Low intensity beam extracted from the CPS via CT or MTE with various longitudinal parameters
In view of extracting fixed target type of beams from the CPS for SPS fixed target physics or CNGS operation with the Multi-Turn-Extraction (MTE) scheme, beams with certain sets of longitudinal parameters were produced in the CPS and their transmission in the SPS was studied.
