Sumario: | The commissioning activity of the ATLAS detector has been proceeded with using cosmic-ray and the first single-beam of Large-Hadron-Collider (LHC) in September 2008. The performance of each sub-system of the ATLAS detector is studied with high statistics cosmic-ray events and the progress of alignment study of inner-tracker is described in this paper. The first single-beams injected in the LHC is the another useful calibration source for the timing alignment of the level-1 trigger system. The procedure for taking data with single beam and the achievement of the timing alignment is reported. |
