Beauty Baryons at LHCb: Studying CP and T symmetries with $\Lambda^{0}_{b} \to \Lambda^{0}J/\psi$ decays

This paper presents a detailed description of the selection procedure and the analysis techniques of the channel \Lambda^0_b -) \Lambda^0 J\psi. After recalling the main ideas of a phenomenological model developed by the authors, a thorough study of our potential to study direct CP violation and T-odd observables with the LHCb experiment is performed. This allows to predict limits on interesting observables related to CP and Time-Reversal violation that can be reached after 2fb^−1 or 10fb^−1 of data taking.
