Sumario:We present a study of the prospects for measuring the tt production cross-section with the ATLAS detector, using decays with one or two leptons (electrons and muons) in the final state. The cross section is measured in the single lepton channel (e+jets, µ+jets) and the dilepton channel not making use of the identification of jets from b-quarks. The measurements aim to reestablish the top signal at the LHC with first data.
