Sumario:%Forward (di)jet measurements can be used to constrain the Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs) %and to study the possible onset of BFKL and/or gluon saturation QCD evolutions at low values of %parton momentum fraction (small Bjorken-$x$) in the proton. We present detailed studies of fully simulated and reconstructed jets in the CMS Hadron Forward (HF) calorimeter (3$<|\eta|<$5). We compare the performances (response, energy and position resolutions) of various reconstruction algorithms: SISCone ($R =$~0.5), Iterative Cone ($R =$~0.5) and $k_T$ ($D =$~0.4), for jets of moderate transverse momenta $p_T\approx$~20~--~200~GeV/c. The expected single inclusive forward jet $p_T$ spectrum %, as well as the azimuthal decorrelation of jets with a large rapidity separation (Mueller-Navelet dijets) are is presented for p-p collisions at $\sqrts$~=~14~TeV assuming an integrated luminosity of $\int\mathcal{L}\;\mbox{dt}$~=~1~pb$^{-1}$ for this analysis. We compare the results to Next-to-Leading-Order (NLO) perturbative QCD calculations and discuss the sensitivity of the measurement to the underlying Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs) at low values of parton fractional momentum $x$ in the proton.\\\\
