Sumario:A prospective analysis for the search of the Standard Model Higgs boson decaying in WW$^{(*)}$ pairs is presented with the CMS experiment, in the context of the initial luminosity at the CERN LHC \PP\;collider with a \PP\; center of mass energy of 14 \TeV. The W leptonic decay channels ${\rm W} \rightarrow\ell\nu$ are considered, leading to the selection of final states with $ee$, $\mu\mu$ or $e\mu$ lepton pairs accompanied by significant \MET and without the presence of high \pt jets. % Signal and background datasets obtained with a detailed Monte Carlo simulation of the detector response % , including the limited inter-calibration % and alignment precision expected at startup, are treated using a complete reconstruction chain. % The data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1~\fbinv\;is analysed and the expected significance for a Standard Model-like Higgs boson is established.
