Construction of laboratory test stand is shortly dscribed. Sample results obtained from test stand control system are presented and discussed. Structures are tested for FEL applications. The paper has a wide didactic nature for students interested in accelerator technology. The tests were done in a laboratory associated with the EU FP CARE and EuCARD Projects.
