Strangeness in the nuclear medium – from hypernuclei to kaonic nuclei.
Many-body systems with nonzero strangeness are investigated within the relativistic mean field approach. Present discussion covers the spin-orbit splitting in hypernuclei, the analysis of −-atom data by using a -nucleus optical potential, and dynamical calculations of ¯K -(hyper)nuclei.
