CMS Preshower powering : more than one feedthrough hanging on a power supply, what about ground loop ?
The possible consequences of magnetic pick-up on a loop created by two power return conductors to same supply, are discussed. Such mechanism could drive AC ground disturbances between modules in a same Control Ring. Frequency response functions are established from a computational model.
