11 Tesla Nb$_{3}$Sn dipoles for phase II collimation in the Large Hadron Collider
We discuss the option of freeing 3 m segments in the IP3 and IP7 dispersion suppressors of the LHC for new collimators by using shorter and stronger dipoles.
