Sumario: | As part of the preparations for the commissioning of the ATLAS tau reconstruction and identification algorithms, a set of studies is presented, based on data taken with a minimum bias trigger at a center-of-mass energy of 900 GeV during the initial running of the LHC in December 2009. Some of the basic input quantities from selected reconstructed tau objects were measured and the results were compared to the prediction of the Monte Carlo simulation. |
