Sumario:The ATLAS experiment at the LHC has recorded proton-proton collisions at three energies. This talk reviews the early performance and physics results from ATLAS. Topics include tracking and reconstruction of resonances, electron, jet and tau reconstruction, early b-tagging, and observation of J/Psi, W and Z particles. ATLAS studies of charged particle production at 0.9 TeV and 7 TeV are shown, together with an investigation of the underlying event and an associated tuning of PYTHIA parameters. General ATLAS talk for PASCOS 2010. 20 minutes, including questions.
