Sumario:A preliminary measurement of the inclusive $\phi$ production cross-section with the LHCb detector in $pp$ collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=7\,\rm{TeV}$ at the Large Hadron Collider is presented. The differential cross-section is measured as a function of the $\phi$ transverse momentum $p_T$ and rapidity $y$ in the region $0.8<p_T<5\,\rm{GeV/c}$ and $2.44<y<4.06$. The inclusive $\phi$ cross-section in this kinematic range is: \[ \sigma(pp\to\phi X) = (1493 \pm 12 (\rm{stat}) \pm 12(\rm{uncorr.syst}) \pm 209(\rm{corr. syst)}) {\mu b}^{-1} \] The results are compared to Monte Carlo predictions based on the Pythia 6.4 generator.
