Study of charged particle correlations and underlying events with the ATLAS detector
Recent ATLAS measurements of underlying event properties and charged particle angular correlations are reviewed. Measurements are done at centre-of-mass energies of 900~GeV and 7~TeV in the range $|eta|<$2.5. The results are compared to various Monte Carlo models and tunes.
