Sumario:Searches have begun at the ATLAS Detector for physics beyond the Standard Model (BSM) with ~40pb-1 of integrated luminosity. After ruling out the presence of new physics in our data, limits on possible BSM signatures have been set, many of which have already excluded more phase space than previous experiments. This talk will review recent limits obtained on various BSM models, including excited quarks, axigluons, contact interactions, quantum black holes, heavy gauge bosons (W', Z'), universal extra dimensions and massive long-lived highly-ionizing particles.
