Sumario:The ATLAS Inner Detector (ID) is the central tracking device of the ATLAS detector. This poster describes the tracking performance of the ID using well-known resonances like $K_{s}$, $Lambda$, $Phi$ and cascade decays like $Xi$ and $Omega$ . Particle identification techniques based on energy loss have been used to identify the decay products. Furthermore, various techniques of estimating the tracking efficiency as used in measurements of charged particle densities are presented.
