A new measurement of SIGMA$^{+}$ --> p.gamma decay properties

In an experiment performed at the CERN PS using the HYperon BUbble Chamber (HYBUC), the authors have measured the asymmetry parameter alpha /sub gamma / for the decay Sigma /sup +/ to p gamma . The result is alpha /sub gamma /=0.53/sub -0.36//sup +0.38/. For the branching ratio they find Gamma ( Sig...
