Sumario:A measurement of ZZ production cross section in proton-proton collisions at √s = 7 TeV using ~1 fb-1 data collected by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC is presented. In this poster we discuss in detail the systematic uncertainties to the cross section measurement, and the data driven background estimate technique, which is also used in the measurement of the WZ production cross section. Limits on the anomalous triple gauge couplings (aTGCs) are also presented.
