Search for supersymmetry in events with large missing transverse momentum and at least one b-jet candidate in 7 TeV pp collisions with the ATLAS detector

description Results are presented of a search for new physics in events with large missing transverse energy and heavy flavor jet candidates in √s=7 TeV proton-proton collisions recorded by the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider in 2010. Events are required to contain energetic jets, of which one or two must be identified as a b-jet, large missing transverse energy and no isolated leptons (electron or muon). The results are interpreted in the context of phenomenological MSSM models as well as specific supersymmetry breaking scenarios such as mSUGRA and SO(10) model framework.
