Sumario: | We present results by the ATLAS experiment on a search for new physics in pp collision events at the LHC with mono-jets plus large missing transverse energy in the final state. The data are compared to the SM predictions, dominated by the irreducible background from W/Z+jets production with neutrinos and mis-identified electrons and muons in the final state. The results are interpreted in the context of different theoretical models including ADD models with extra dimensions. |
