Study of Triple Product Asymmetries in $B_s \rightarrow \phi\phi$ decays

A study of triple product asymmetries in the $B_s^0 \rightarrow \phi\phi$ mode is performed using $340 \; \rm pb^{-1}$ of $pp$ collision data collected at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s} = 7 \; \rm TeV$ with the LHCb detector. This dataset contains 326 signal candidates. The measured triple pr...

Sumario:A study of triple product asymmetries in the $B_s^0 \rightarrow \phi\phi$ mode is performed using $340 \; \rm pb^{-1}$ of $pp$ collision data collected at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s} = 7 \; \rm TeV$ with the LHCb detector. This dataset contains 326 signal candidates. The measured triple product asymmetries are: \begin{eqnarray} A_U = -0.064 \pm 0.057~(stat.) \pm 0.014~(syst.) \nonumber \\ A_V = -0.070 \pm 0.057~(stat.) \pm 0.014~(syst.), \nonumber \end{eqnarray} where both $K^+K^-$ pairs have masses within $\pm 12 \; \rm MeV/c^{2}$ of the nominal value of the $\phi$ mass.
