Measurement of the $pp\rightarrow W\rightarrow \ell\nu$ Charge Asymmetry at $\sqrt{s}=7$~TeV

Sumario:We present a measurement of the lepton charge asymmetry in $pp\rightarrow W\rightarrow\ell\nu$ decays at $\sqrt{s}=7$~TeV with the CMS detector at the LHC. Results are presented corresponding to 36~pb$^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity for both the electron and muon channels in 6 bins of lepton pseudorapidity up to $I\etaI=2.4$ and $I\etaI=2.1$ respectively. The measurements are compared to the theoretical predictions and the results are expected to provide additional constraints on the parton distribution functions of the proton.
