Search for the Higgs boson in WH to lnubb and H to WW to lnulnu decay modes on ATLAS

Sumario:Results for a Higgs boson search by the ATLAS experiment in the WH ightarrow lnubb and H ightarrow WW ightarrow lnulnu decay modes are presented. The results are based on 1.04 fb${-1}$ of data taken in 2011. No evidence is found for a Standard Model-like Higgs boson in either decay mode. The WH ightarrow lnubb channel is not yet sensitive to a Standard Model Higgs; the H ightarrow WW ightarrow lnulnu channel excludes a Standard Model Higgs in the range [158, 186] GeV at the 95% confidence level.
