Sumario:This talk describes first results on a centrality-dependent suppression of the J/psi yields in the muon channel in lead-lead collisions at the nucleon-nucleon center of mass energy sqrt(s_NN)=2.76 TeV in the ATLAS experiment at the LHC. The centrality dependence is found to be qualitatively similar to the trends observed at previous, lower energy experiments. Also a first observation of Z and W bosons in the muon channel is reported. We present a measurement of Z and W boson yields as a function of centrality as well as ratios of W+/W-− and W/Z production.
