description We give an overview of the most recent results on top quark properties and interactions, obtained using data collected with the CMS experiment during the year 2010 at 7 TeV center-of-mass energy, and amounting to a total integrated luminosity of 36 pb-1. Results include the top pair production cross section, measured in both the dilepton and lepton+jets channels, the top quark mass, single top production, and top pair charge asymmetry. We also present measurements of the top pair invariant mass distribution and searches for new particles decaying to top pairs. All results are confronted with accurate standard model predictions.
