Searches for new physics in hadronic final states are performed using data up to 1 $fb^{-1}$ collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC at a collsion energy of $\sqrt{s}$=7 TeV. No new physics is found and upper limits are set for various models: ADD, unparticle, string resonance, excited quark...
