Sumario: | Measurement of electron and photon identification and reconstruction performances with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are reported. The electron and photon reconstruction and identification have been studied using several processes with electrons and photons at the final state such as $Z$, $W$ and $J/Psi$ decays and diphoton production. The data have been collected with the ATLAS detector and produces by proton-proton collisions at the centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. For most of the measurements reported in the following the 2010 data period corresponding to an integrate luminosity of $40 pb^{-1}$ has been used. A larger amount of data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of around $1 fb^{-1}$ has been used to estimate the pointing resolution of the electromagnetic calorimeter. |
