Sumario:The CMS physics results obtained by summer 2011 will be reported. The CMS detector at LHC collected data at 7 TeV centre-of-mass energy in 2010. During 2011 the LHC luminosity increased up to $3\times 10^{33} \mathrm{cm}^{-2}\mathrm{s}^{-1}$. Many QCD and electroweak measurements have been carried out. No new particles were detected up to a mass of O(1 TeV) and stringent limits have been derived. The 95\% excluded Higgs boson mass range has been further extended compared to the LEP and Tevatron results. The Heavy Ion Physics program of LHC allowed CMS to study the properties of quark gluon plasma produced in Pb-Pb collisions.
