Sumario:The results of a search for flavor changing neutral current in top decays, {$t\rightarrow Zq$}, with a sample of {$ t \bar{t} \rightarrow Wb+Zq \rightarrow \ell \nu b +\ell\ell q$} events are presented. The search is performed in a data sample corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 4.6\,fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 7\,TeV, collected with the CMS detector at the LHC. The observed number of events agrees with the standard model prediction, and no evidence of flavor changing neutral currents in top decays is found. %An upper limits on the branching fraction is presented. A branching fraction of $t \to Zq$ larger than 0.34\% is excluded at the 95\% confidence level.
