High pT di-hadron and jet-hadron correlations in PbPb collisions measured by CMS

We discuss recent results of the CMS experiment on high-pT di-hadron and jet-hadron correlations in PbPb collisions. The results were obtained for PbPb collisions at sqrt(s) = 2.76TeV using tracks reconstructed in the CMS inner tracking system and fully reconstructed jets. The results are presented as a function of collision centrality and compared to pp collisions at the same energy, allowing us to study the mechanism of parton energy loss in the QCD medium and to search for a possible medium response to the jet.
