Sumario: | Recent LHC results from ATLAS and CMS on searches for supersymmetric particles are presented, including the first searches from the 8 TeV centre of mass energy data, from CMS. No indication has yet been seen for any signal, with the data compatible with the estimated standard model backgrounds. Limits have therefore been set on the masses of various supersymmetric particles, and these are reviewed. Scenarios in which light supersymmetric particles are present, and remain undetected, are also discussed. |
